So I’ve been taking this for about 10 days now. I was very sceptical and didn’t expect much but I actually think its helping my eyes. I do not wear glasses except to read but I find myself squinting alot more often but since taking these pills, my eyes feel rested and I dont think I’m squinting as much and I feel like my vision has improved a little.

I have been having issues with my vision for a few months now. I saw these and looked up the benefits for my eyes and they seemed good. I believe in taking vitamins if you know you don’t eat the recommended amount of anything on the food pyramid. I have been taking these for a little while. I Don expect the blurry vision to go away immediately but it’s a start. I recommend to go to the doctor if you know something is wrong before it’s too late. Don’t just take these and do nothing. I know these eye vitamins will help. You can do you research and ‘see’ for yourself. (°°)

I always read that taking lutein with zeaxanthin is very good for your eye health. I like these gel tabs; they are easy to swallow, not large at all. I have no stomach issues from taking these, the pill doesn’t have a vitamin-like smell and no aftertaste. I am in the beginning stage of eye degeneration and find that since I have been taking one every day the floaters I have are becoming less than before using this product. So far I am happy with the results and will continue to take this daily.
